TERMS AND CONDITIONS Shooting Time Shooting time is the amount of time that I spend behind the camera. All packages include a preset number of hours that I am prepared to shoot for an event. That does not necessarily include the total time I may be at an event. There are other things that take up my time that will not be counted against the package time. If you have any questions about "shooting time" please feel free to ask. Our Special Moment's primary goal is to make sure that you don't have to miss any part of Your Special Moment....even when you can't be there to see it.
Deposit A Deposit of $250 is necessary to reserve wedding date. Once wedding date has been reserved, 50% of the balance must be paid at least two weeks before the wedding date. Remaining balance must be paid in full before prints are ordered.
Payment Check, Money Order, and Pay Pal are accepted. All Checks must clear before package is picked up / delivered. There is a $50 returned check fee that must be paid before Package can be received. If Check is used to secure wedding date, check must clear before date has been secured.
Refund Policy Refund of Deposit is only available within 14 days. If refund is requested within 5 days, 100% of deposit will be returned. After 5 days and before 14 days, 50% of deposit will be returned. After 14 days, no refund of deposit will be available. All refunds will be paid with certified money order.
Proofs All proofs will be available online for 180 days ( about 6 months ). Proofs will be available 10 - 15 days after day of wedding. All proofs are set to "Public" viewing online. If private viewing is requested, Login and Password can be assigned to photos for an additional fee of $50. ONLY friends and family that you assign the login and password to will have access to your Online Wedding Album.
