*Number of persons limited to 2 per session. $30 / person sitting fee after that If more than one location is necessary, additional mileage charges will apply + $50 per location. 2 Wardrobe changes allowed for each engagement session ------------------------------------------ Contact for Quote! Rehearsal / Rehearsal Dinner Shots If you would like photo coverage of the Rehearsal and Rehearsal Dinner, up to 4 hours of photo coverage are available. Don't let any part of Your Special Moment pass by. Remember every moment. Our Special Moment is happy to help. Prices vary based on location. Additional travel charges may apply. All prints and reprints can be ordered online. Family and friends do not have to contact Our Special Moment for additional prints. If there are any questions, contact information is available online. I can be reached easily for any concerns or problems. Payment can be made online with Credit Card. Full Copyright Release is available for all original pictures taken. This will include ALL pictures in the "Proof" album online. Copyright Release is ONLY AVAILABLE with Packages "C" & "D". A charge of $350 is required before copyright release is given. Our Special Moment reserves the right to use all pictures for any business related promotions or events. Our Special Moment does not charge a fee to travel within 50 miles. Any event outside of 50 miles requires a charge of $0.49/ mile. If overnight stay is required, all room and meals will be reimbursed at cost. A copy of all receipts will be presented for meals. Hotel stay will need to be set up two weeks prior to travel. Rental car is required for all distances traveled over 150 miles. All travel receipts must be satisfied in full before any prints are picked up / delivered.
